These terms explain the rules for vendors.
If you register as a vendor, you accept these rules.
1. Registration
You must give correct details.
You must give valid PAN details.
You must give GST details if required.
We review every application.
We may approve or reject it.
If you give false details, we will suspend your account.
2. Product Rules
You can sell only legal products.
You cannot sell fake products.
You cannot sell banned items.
Use real product images.
Write clear and honest descriptions.
Keep your price and stock updated.
We remove products that break rules.
3. Commission and Payment
We charge commission on each order.
You can see commission details in your dashboard.
We release payment after order completion.
We release payment after the return period ends.
If a refund happens, we adjust your payout.
If an RTO happens, we deduct charges.
We may hold payment during disputes.
4. Shipping
You must ship orders on time.
Pack items safely.
Pack wooden furniture with extra care.
If damage happens due to bad packing, you pay the loss.
5. Returns
Follow the return policy shown on the product page.
If you send the wrong item, you handle the refund.
If the item is damaged, you handle the refund.
We make the final decision in disputes.
6. Wooden Furniture and Handmade Items
Wooden furniture is non-returnable unless damaged in delivery.
Handmade items may have small color differences.
Custom orders need advance payment.
Furniture delivery may take 7 to 15 working days.
7. Restricted Products
You cannot sell:
- Illegal items
- Fake items
- Expired goods
- Unsafe products
- Adult content
If you break rules, we remove your account.
8. Account Action
We may suspend your account for:
- Too many complaints
- High return rate
- Fake reviews
- Fraud activity
Our decision is final.
9. Responsibility
We only provide the platform.
You are responsible for your products.
You handle all product-related legal issues.
10. Updates
We may update these terms anytime.
If you continue selling, you accept the new terms.
11. Legal Area
Indian law applies.
All disputes will be handled in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
